Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the MisterChef website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product prices and other pricing information displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available options. Where appropriate, we may cancel the affected order and provide a refund for any payment already taken.

Prices may be changed from time to time without notice. Changes to pricing will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted by us, except where a pricing error or other exceptional circumstance applies.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payment processing may be carried out by trusted third-party payment providers. MisterChef does not store or have access to your full payment card details where payment is processed through a secure third-party payment provider.

Your order will not normally be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.

Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order through the MisterChef website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms of Service.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the products to you, unless we notify you otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary. This may include situations where:

• A product is unavailable or has been discontinued.
• There has been an error in product information, pricing or availability.
• Payment has not been successfully authorised or processed.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, unauthorised or unlawful activity.
• We are unable to fulfil the order for operational, legal or safety reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a refund for the affected products in accordance with applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order, including your delivery address and contact details, is accurate and complete.

Delivery

Delivery information, available delivery options and applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process or otherwise communicated to you before you complete your purchase.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided to you. However, delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, operational disruption or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will take reasonable steps to keep you informed where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

Products will be delivered to the address provided when you place your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact information supplied are accurate.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the address provided is incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, additional charges may apply for redelivery where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law in relation to the delivery of goods.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you can return your product to us within 30 days of it being dispatched, unused and in its original retail packaging.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us to receive a return authorisation number before returning the product.

Returns should not be sent to MisterChef without first contacting Customer Care and receiving the appropriate return instructions.

Products returned to us should be packaged appropriately to help prevent damage during transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage or collection where you are responsible for arranging the return.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, Return Policy and your applicable statutory rights.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights you may have under UK consumer law where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet the standards required by law.

Warranty & Faulty Products

MisterChef appliances are supplied with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty for normal household use.

The manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturing defects and product faults covered by the terms of the warranty. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, failure to follow operating instructions, unauthorised repair, commercial use or use of an appliance outside its intended household purpose.

If you believe that your appliance has developed a fault, please stop using the appliance and contact MisterChef Customer Care before attempting to return the product.

For safety reasons, you should not open, unscrew or attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Some electrical faults cannot be diagnosed externally and may require inspection by MisterChef or an authorised technician.

Where inspection identifies a manufacturing or product fault covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or your statutory rights, MisterChef will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.

If inspection establishes that a failure was caused by misuse, customer-caused damage or another issue not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, repair or replacement may not be covered by the warranty.

Please contact Customer Care before returning any appliance. Do not send an appliance to us without first obtaining return instructions.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to applicable law, MisterChef will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise as an indirect consequence of your use of the website, products or Services.

We will not be liable for business losses where products or Services are purchased for personal and domestic use, including loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Any matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

Privacy & Personal Information

MisterChef respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

By using the MisterChef website, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Where permitted by applicable law, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service.

If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, you may also benefit from any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
