Return Policy
Information about returning your MisterChef product and our process for change-of-mind returns.
Returns
At MisterChef, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may be eligible to return your product in accordance with this Returns Policy.
This policy applies to products returned because you have changed your mind. If your appliance is faulty or develops a problem, please refer to our Warranty & Faulty Product Policy.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
30-Day Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your product to us within 30 days of it being dispatched, provided that the product is unused and returned in its original retail packaging.
To request a return, you must contact MisterChef Customer Care before sending the product back to us.
You will be provided with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation number.

Please do not return a product without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, products should be returned:
- Unused and in a condition suitable for resale
- In the original retail packaging
- With all original accessories, components and documentation supplied with the product
- Appropriately packaged to prevent damage during return transit
We reserve the right to inspect returned products upon receipt.
If a product has been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or assess it, or has been damaged while in the customer's possession, this may affect the amount of any refund where permitted by applicable law.
Return Authorisation
Before returning any product, please contact our Customer Care team.
We may ask you to provide information about your order, including:
- Your order number
- The name used to place the order
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once your return has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Please ensure that you follow these instructions carefully.
Return Postage
Where a product is being returned because you have changed your mind, the cost of returning the product may be your responsibility unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Where a product is faulty or damaged, return and postage arrangements will be handled in accordance with our Warranty & Faulty Product Policy and your statutory rights.
We recommend obtaining appropriate proof of postage when returning a product.
Products Damaged During Return
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care when packaging products for return.
Products should be securely packaged to help prevent damage during transit.
If a returned product is damaged as a result of inadequate packaging or handling after it has been returned to the carrier, this may affect the outcome of the return.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you believe that your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please do not use the standard change-of-mind returns process.
Instead, please contact MisterChef Customer Care before returning the product.
Some appliance faults require inspection before the cause of the issue can be determined. Please refer to our Warranty & Faulty Product Policy for further information about faulty products, manufacturer warranty and product inspections.
Important: Please contact Customer Care before returning an appliance that you believe to be faulty.
Refunds
Where a returned product is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Please note that return eligibility and refund processing are separate stages of the returns process.
For more information about how refunds are issued, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Returns Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.
Your rights under UK consumer law may include rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods and remedies where goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described.
This Returns Policy is intended to explain MisterChef's returns process for change-of-mind purchases and operates alongside your statutory consumer rights.
