Rarely do I leave a review now but I am over the moon with this. Easy to set up, just remember which way round the blade goes. I have used it first time as I wanted to make brisket and chuck burgers. Lets face it, 98% beef on a pack means any part of a cow… Anyway, 1 kg of full fat brisket and 1 kg of chuck turned into 2 kg of awesome mince in 2 and a half minutes flat, feeding cubes and swapping bowls. The motor heated up as expected but the meat stayed cold. Disassembly was simple as was cleaning with a standard washing up brush though a bottle brush too is a good idea. 16 quarter pounders in no time on a machine that cost 50 quid. Roll on the sausages!
